I still can't figure out why a Texan is whining about California politics when he can't even get his states legislator in order. . .

Its not my job to get them in order. Besides they're working now and passing a map, the biggest problem now is GOP infighting because there are too many RINO's.

You're half correct ---- we Arnold folks met a Shirley Horn's offices to pick-up our yard signs.
McC was scheduled to give a speech in a nearby park, but I saw no semblence of a crowd so I merely collected my allocated signs and went hime to distribute them to the various yards in my neigborhood.

No what I meant was that you whine like a Democrat. And that you use the RINO label far to easily when you probably don't understand that many of your conservative heroes are probably all guilty of doing several "RINO" acts during their political careers. And the one that haven't probably don't get anywhere in office.
Politics is about comprimise, as much as that bit of truth may hurt your ears to listen to and tom McClintock has shown a complete inability to work with his party hence ending his political career. Frankly his stubborness to work within his own party confounds as to how he thinks that he'd be able to work with a legislature that is dominated by Democrats.

Notice how certain people throw out "RINO" as quick and effortlessly as the race-mongers thrown out "racist"?

GOP insiders touted the new survey as a sure sign that California is ready to say "hasta la vista" to Davis - and that Republicans are closing ranks around the Hollywood superstar.
"This is evolving into an astonishing mandate," said Shawn Steel, immediate past chairman of the state GOP and a co-founder of the recall movement.
The poll shows Schwarzenegger finally taking control of the circus-like race that has survived several legal challenges and still has more than 100 candidates on the ballot - including child actor Gary Coleman, two porn stars and a couple of dozen Republicans.
His harshest critic, syndicated columnist Arianna Huffington is now a nonfactor with 2% support, behind Green Party candidate Peter Camejo, who came in fourth with 5%.

Notice how certain people throw out "RINO" as quick and effortlessly as the race-mongers thrown out "racist"? To paraphrase a line from "Mississippi Burning:"
Son: "Daddy, why do we hate niggers."
Daddy: "Don't you see, with out the nigger we have no claim to being better than someone else."
Those that always "knee-jerk" label others are pretty much like that kid's daddy.

Well, well ...
The best news for Schwarzenegger in the new poll is that it shows the former bodybuilder would win the statehouse even if McClintock stays in the race and splits the Republican vote. A top GOP source said the state party will endorse Schwarzenegger today, the latest in a string of politically damaging blows to the conservative McClintock.
But the source said no one expects McClintock, who says Schwarzenegger is too liberal, to step aside, no matter how bad the numbers get.
"It would look like a complete surrender of everything he's stood for," said the source.

The Texas GOP will overcome the 'RAT obstacles and GOP infighting and WIN the Redistricting fight ... I am cautiously optimistic (hopeful) that Ahnold will overcome McClintock and his FAR LEFT supporters who are trying to use McC to get MeCHA Man into the Governor's house ...

If it weren't for naked hatred of Mexicans, Indians and conservatives, what would you guys have? Nada, zero, zip, zilch. There is nothing for conservatives to weep over. If Arnold is elected, he can be deconstructed at leisure. Policy won't change under Arnold any more than it will under Cruz or Doofus. The only thing that changes is which gang of thieves and cutthroats get the jobs and the contracts.
It is neither a lie nor a distortion that Arnold cheerleads for abortion.
It is neither a lie nor a distortion that Arnold, the Mapplethorpe model, has sold out to the lavender mafia.
It is neither lie nor a distortion that Arnold supports gun control.
It is neither a lie nor a distortion that Arnold wants more tax money so he can pour more oceans of it down the rathole of government schools (indoctrination centers of the radical leftists).
It is neither a lie nor a distortion that Arnold calls opponents of racial quota tools "right wing crazies."
It is a lie and a gross distortion that Wilson, Riordan, RFK, Jr., Rob Lowe, Buffett or Arnold himself are or ever were even vaguely Republican as to public policy. For the most part, they are nothing but Demonratic political cross-dressers disguised as "Republicans."

Complete surrender has always been the goal of the Republican state party, and others. That is the point of swallowing Schwarzenegger's "take it or leave it" center-Left positions. This war is more than nine years in the fighting, and will continue after October 7th. It's more important now, than ever, the McClintock remains in the race.
