It was the SJ Mercury.... I just heard that on the news, too.

Every time they call wanting me to sign up for the paper I tell them, "no - your paper is too liberal and I wouldn't even line my bird's cage with it, if I even had a bird".

I ususally just tell them my bird died.

I have said it so many times the stop asking what tht has to do with it. They just say goodbye. LOL

I got into it with some girl trying to sell me the LA Times over the phone. I told her it was a liberal rag, and there was no way I would subscribe.

I said I was smarter than most their writer too. She said there must be some things, like sports, I would read....I said if there was, I would steal that section from Starbucks.

She was giggling at that.
