He is not a fiscal conservative his advisers
all tax increasing lovers like Warren Buffet
and Wilson and the gang.
He already said he may raise taxes in an "emergency"
and I am sure the huge red ink in the budget will
end up being such an emergency to justify
the largest tax increase in the history of the state.

At least he's honest. Your beloved Bob Riley broke a no new taxes pledge. I'd rather have someone who didn't break his word as our Governor.

Arnold specifically stated that he was talking about devestating natural(i.e. earthquakes) or national (i.e. terrorist attacks) emergencies. Seems a VERY reasonable response..and shows great courage to be that honest. Would have garned more votes, no doubt, if he issued a blanket promise...but that would not/could not be realistic in its' application, would it? Based on the defining parameters he listed?

Yep.
Have you noticed that the man who hates taxes (Arnie) is already calling for a tax increase on the Indians? Shades of things to come.
