Tom McClintock is pro abortion, so how can you vote for him? You need to lay off the sauce, man.
To: EternalVigilance
And YOU can't even vote in this election, dear, so get over yourself.
To: EternalVigilance
Fact, Tom is performing sabatage on the Republican party, so at least the party and people will in the future abort his Republican political career and he can serve as a .0003% Libertarian hack.

Waiting for the Second Coming, before you dain to vote, are you ? LOL No, just for candidates who meet at least the minimum criteria.

Tom Aborted his word, ethics and reasoning skills. Has aborted the future of California and the Republican party.
Tom McClintock is no a useless pariah to the Republican party.

Many confuse "principle with everyday bull-headedness. The McClintock campaign must have Baghdad Bob as its lead adviser ROFL!

And in my scenario, the Big One causes Los Angeles and San Francisco to break off of California and sink into the ocean, which would lead to a massive decrease in Democratic voters. Not likely to happen, though.

Tom bending over the Republican voters without a condom is of far more concern to me.

Tom's actions speak so much louder than words, I AGREE!
He has earned and will get the wrath of the Republican voter.
He will be thrown out of the party I would think. Why would we want this sabotaging loser after this race?
He is not for the Republican party, nor is he a team player.

Tom bending over the Republican voters without a condom is of far more concern to me. You really raise the tone of the debate, don't you CA Guy.
Pretty soon you'll be up high enough to reach the gutter.
To: A CA Guy
He will be thrown out of the party I would think. Only fools want to throw conservatives out of the Republican Party.
To: EternalVigilance
Don't let all of this savaging of him here cloud your judgement about the man. EV, I have no opinion of Tom beyond the fact that he is in way over his head. He is exactly like Ron Paul. Paul has finally realized that he is where he is going to be for the rest of his career. He has ran for senator, governor and president and he just can't get beyond than small niche voter base that sends him to Congress. He ay be and probably is a great guy but politics is like any other business, if you haven't progressed in 20 years it just isn't going to happen. McClintock is NOT a rising star he is a mid-level guy that will stay a mid-level guy. His problem will be just keeping his present job if he is stuck with the spoiler label and conservatives in California will lose all credibility and blamed for losing the governorship 2 times in 2 years.

I have no need ... OTOH, you are the one claiming the " high ground ", which is pathetically devoid of any substance or rellivance and you fail utterly, to comprehend the abject lack, on your part, of political accumen.
There was a time, not all that long ago, that NO divorced person could be elected president. If we were to take a time machine back, I assume that, on some " moral " graound, you would also claim that you coculdn't vote for a divorced man. That would mean that you wouldn't vote for Ronald Reagan. See how this goes ?
To: EternalVigilance
There is no debate regarding Tom.
He doesn't belong in this race and is splitting the vote and even now that will fail and he will be both without a party and rightfully irrelevant.
