Here in Vegas...they travel in packs. Twenty somethings. If you are alone or just two of you and hidden from observation, they come after you. I try never to be in WalMart parking lot after dark. I used to be able to stop in after work and pick things up but not now that the daylight is so short. It simply isn't safe. They target white females of all ages.

Here in Tampa, 'Hispanic' ancestry more often means long term local born and bred former Cuban leaders, who are respected movers and shakers in our community.
