Which means anyone making more than $80k USD/year is income taxed at 45.1% (you are in the highest income bracket there, you can do the other conversions simply by dividing the lira amount by 1686.375), not counting VAT 17% taxes on everything, inheritance taxes, property taxes, capital gains taxes, etc
