IF he were alive he would be sending VIDEO not audio tapes. He probably died just before Christmas 2001. He isn't the only man who can lead, someone else took his place and is covering up his death.

Yep. Exactly. If they were to rule him dead publicly that would be the end. The people would rise up. Same with Sadaam. He's either dead or incapacitated. The people are just waiting for news of HIS death and then that regime will be totally finished. OBL would be out there as you said doing videos and so would Sadaam if they were alive or well. Sadams time is up and OBL's was up a long time ago.
