One way I could see it being reeeeeeeeeeally close is a big late surge by the Democrats. It seemed like in 2000 Republicans were caught flat footed in many states by a late Rat surge as all of the Welfare State recipients awoke from their apathy... But Grayout is really gonna need a big big surge because there are lready a million absentee votes in the can - which were cast when he was down at least 10% I think he'd have to win election day voting by several percent to hang on... but I am no math Whiz...
