Yeah, but like the song "Desperado," we always want the ones we can't have, or we have the arrogance to think that we'll be the guy to tame that dark lady, "the difficult kind," as Sheryl Crow said. Then we find out that she's just plain nuts.

A lot of younger women seem to think that having a bad attitude somehow proves you're smart. I think it's an indication they're stupid.
