This is the first time I've seen this picture of Clinton, and think it's hysterical. He looks like such a goofball!

That's kinda mean. From what I know of his formative years this picture actually makes me feel sorry for him. If he had had some decent influences growing up he might have made something of himself, instead of the Big Creep he became.
