Has anyone heard an answer yet from Ahnold about how he will pay for the goodies he promised last night:
1) 4,000 miles of new rails and roads
2) Health care for the illegal immigrant children
3) His after school program
4) At least two other new programs he promised
And then cut taxes in half? Quite a Christmas tree.

Cutting taxes will cause a boost in revenue. Cutting programs and waste will free up more. And Infrastructure if done as per usual will pay for itself through use fees.
Pretty simple. Next.

Nope. There is no answer. All of these liberal-sounding projects are simply not going to happen. The money's just not there. Ahnuld can say anything he wants to say...everyone is just overawed by this actor. He's a Democrat, and a rather liberal one, at that. If elected, the state will continue to go down the toilet, and the Republicans will get the blame in 2004. It will help nobody.

Ahnuld should withdraw. Tom McClintock could actually win if Ahnuld wasn't in the race. Personally, I don't think that anyone who actually votes for Ahnuld is a conservative, and I'm always surprised to see how many support him here. Maybe most of them are from other states. I don't know.

One last time: Arnold Schwartzenegger is a Democrat!
