maybe Laci picked up the phone and then got into a confrontation with Scott.

That's why this report of the Dec. 23rd call jumps out at me..may be used to show that there may have been an altercation if Amber testifies that she did indeed hear a female voice on the other end when she phoned Scott that day. Could fit into a timeline that the Prosecution might lay out. But with the new reports of solicitation, this all may not matter.

Not only possible solicitation, Jackie, but also all of the other evidence of premeditation. Also, it seems like a crime of passion might have left more evidence in the house. I concede, however, that Scott may have already had the plan in place and the phone call might of triggered a chain of events that led him to act earlier than he originally planned.

Ambers father tho has said that Amber had NEVER spoken with Laci. God, I mean the guy had 5 cell phone accounts!! He sounds like a typical drug dealer.
