Maye the assumption is the murder location is where the body is found lacking better info. I know there is a dumping ground by the Rigolets, where killers in Jefferson Parish dump their kill, but it is just inside St john Parish. St. John picks up all the bodies, no matter who finds the remains;or it did for years. In CA is it finders keepers? I'm gonna read the code;thanks...;-)

He went to Cigar's Pool Hall, which was somewhere near Exchange Alley. I had never seen the place, but John Dillman in his book about that murder said that Cigar's didn't even have a real door--it had an "opening".
