On alot of those calls, PD knows because of actual billing phone records and then it was just finding out who those numbers belong too...Then the taps? And scaughty didn't think he left a trail of his web evil doings... A-hole he is.... (at the least) ;o)

Yeah, I picture some prosecutor standing up during Scott's trial and saying, "Ladies and gentlemen, just look at his telephone records. Look at the times and dates of the calls. Look separately just at the times and dates of the calls to and from Amber Frey. You'll begin to see the story tell itself, just in the telephone calls..."
