For what it's worth, I have always found that we can recognize evil by being aware of pride. What I mean is, we all have moments when we think we know more than we do. The vain philosophies of men wax wantonly. How many times have we all been guilty of prideful contentions. God has showed us His Mind and Will in the Good Book. Absolutes are spelled out plainly.
