Yeah but the phone is your private property.

Don't pay the bill and see if your phone is "your private property".

The government can't intrude on this 4th amendment right, why should slimy telemarketers be allowed?

"Telemarketers" are not the gov't.

We shouldn't have to sue for our privacy. I say we win one for the Constitution here.

Please point out where the word "privacy" exists in the Constitution, Bill of Rights or Amendments.

As long as you pay for your phone bill, it is yours.

Telemarketers aren't even the government, so they have less right to determine what comes across our phone lines than our elected government.

To be secure in your own person implies your right to privacy.
