In think the Catholic church has far more serious problems to address rather than worrying about little girls or hand-clapping.

It does, and the reaction to this "draft" has already caused the Vatican to move the release date of anything final to early 2004.

These restrictions will be much watered down in any final document, if, indeed, they're even IN a final document.

Pretty safe prediction, considering virtually every such instruction from the Vatican in recent years offers the bishops virtual carte blanche to opt out.
