Clark says he'd tried calling Karl Rove at the White House several times...if he'd gotten through, he'd be a republican. Yet another lie. Rove and the White House say there's no record that Clark ever called.

Clark has this delusion that he saved Western Civilization from the Serbs, and this delusion that he is actually Presidential material. We shouldn't be surprised if he also entertains delusions that he phoned the White House.
