"Chinese space officials have hinted at a multi-pronged human spaceflight program, including space station construction,
as well as eventual travel to the Moon, all by 2020." If a 2nd rate power such as China can have a goal plan such as this, its a shame that the US can and will only dither around. Of course granny will have her free pills so we shouldn't complain. (sarcasm off)

Forget (about) the moon.
They're doing this for the lucrative 'International Space Station' Chinese food delivery route.

China's first piloted space journey could occur as early as next month.
I just can't help myself from saying this, "HE'S A DEAD MAN". And, how did the chinese get the drivers seat, steering wheel and pedal from a Toyota into the cockpit of the spacecraft.

I don't think we have the will to explore. I could be wrong though.

China prepares for first "human" space flight? I may be misinformed but I thought the Russians were first followed shortly thereafter by us.
