There isn't. He is finished in this party. A real shame too. If he had shown some more class he might have been setup well to take on Boxer. Now that is a no-brainer loss for him.
What's your opinion? What will it take for Tom to withdraw? This poll? Issa's endorsement of Arnold? Will he stay in regardless?
I'm not so sure... If he withdraws within the next week, he still may be salvagable... There aren't many superpowers on our side in CA. Perhaps Condoleeza Rice? Drier? McClintock may be able to eke in by default, and he'd get most of our support.
That's funny. In checking all of your posts, since you joined a few months ago, there are numerous jabs at Arnold, but not a single negative thing about Davis or Bustamante.
NOT ONE.
Very atypical of some, not all, rabid McClintock supporters, and McClintock himself.
When are you going to realize that it's going to be Bustamante or Arnold? Attacking Arnold will NOT get you McClintock, it'll get you GOV Bustamante. It was one thing a few weeks ago, but with 13 days left, what does it serve to do the Dems' dirty work and destroy Arnold?
Or, do you covertly (or even overtly) desire a Bustamante victory, to prove a point?

How would you propose enhancing revenue and/or what specific cuts would you propose to achieve a balanced budget?
Everybody talks about wanting a colorblind society, but what does that actually mean to you? In other words, how do we know when we have succeeded?
Leaders in the business community are convinced that this state is losing jobs and unable to attract new businesses. If you agree, what are two things you would change to make this a more business-friendly state? If you disagree, what are the misconceptions you would like to correct?
How are you going to insure that all Californians have adequate healthcare?
What should be the top priority for California right now?
If elected Governor, will you support the expansion of charter schools in California?
What is the single most important piece of legislation either signed or vetoed during this past legislative session?
Do you support reducing the Vehicle License Fee (car tax), and if so, where would you find the revenue to replace the loss to the budget?
What services will your Administration expect local governments to provide and what stable source of revenue will you give them to do it?
Under Governors Pat Brown and Ronald Reagan, California spent up to 20% of its General Fund on Infrastructure - such as roads, bridges, colleges, hospitals and water systems. Now we spend closer to 1%. Proposition 53 on the ballot raises that figure to 3%. What are your positions on Prop. 53 and what will you do to invest more in California's aging infrastructure?
As our population continues to age, the demand for government services to seniors will increase dramatically during the next decade. What do you intend to do to proactively manage this demand
MAKES NO FREEGING SENSE TO ME!
I am not bitter, only saddened that many So-Called Conservatives would not only support a pro-gun control, pro-abortion liberal who is incapable of debating his opponents with out being given the questions beforehand.
If you like Arnold so much you must love his Uncle Teddy who Arnold agrees with on almost every issue.
Arnold's not my first choice. I'm sure 90% of us agree. But he's the 800 pound gorilla in the room, and he's not going away... So... Just one word...
Pragmatism.
I will too, so long as he doesn't cry at his annoucement event, lol.
I don't like Uncle Teddy, not one bit, but I sure do like his neice, the future First Dame of California.
