Ah, Spring Butt Bingo! We played that game when I was in Artillery OBC and we presented a giant spring mounted as a trophy to the biggest spring butt in our class at graduation. The BG who commanded the FAS Brigade and the MG post commander (who showed up because one of his WP classmate's son was in our class) both roared with laughter at the presentation.
In law school, the same game was called "asshole bingo". It was always fun to be sitting in some dull class like secured transactions or administrative law, and hear a loud "Bingo" as an inane question was asked.
thanks, that is why i love the army so much; tradition, camraderie and just plain good natured fun. heck, they were probably playing spring butt bingo when Ike was in CGSC.
