Where is your proof the scope was removed?
I never once insisted the rifle was dropped to the floor. I presented the idea that it may have been dropped affecting the scope alignment.
Since Oswald would never own the rifle again.
He didn't have a lot of time to get to the breakroom.
Because the rifle wasn't at the window.
Because it was surrounded by boxes.
