Good post, Mia.

While I may not agree with all the philosophies of Arnold, a vote for McClintock is a vote for the liberals, because McC has no chance of winning.

If McClintock truly wanted California to be run by a Republican governor and strengthen Conservatives positions in Government, he would bow out and support Arnold.

If he doesn't, then several years from now we can look back and thank him for Hillary getting the majority of electoral votes.

McC is in it for himself, it appears. Just as Davis was.

That McClintock cannot see this -- or chooses not to -- coupled with his demonstration, in real tiime, of political (as opposed to ideological) rigidity, are a clear illustration of why he should not be the governor of California.

Whenever McClintock invokes Reagan, I cannot help but think of Dan Quayle's injudicious JFK analogy....

(So where is the Lloyd-Benson deus ex machina already? . ("I knew Jack Kennedy. Jack Kennedy was a friend of mine. But I can tell you one thing, Senator, you're no Jack Kennedy!") It will be poised to go at the debate, I suspect, ready to be lowered onto the stage at the drop of that name.)

Sorry, RBA, but this is just beyond absurd. Let's try this rewrite:

If Arnold truly wanted California to be run by a Republican governor and strengthen Conservatives positions in Government, he would bow out and support McClintock.

Yep, sounds much better to me.

A vote for Arnold is doing nothing more than strengthening the power of RINOS. If I had a dime for every time all the Arnold supporters bitched about McCain, Snowe, Collins, etc... You simply can not strengthen the Republican party and conservative causes by supporting a RINO. You'll only set the perception and expectation that ALL Republicans are like RINOS.

And we know they are not. At least I'm not. ;)
