Yo, this could be a secret NIH plot to broaden the Amish gene pool. The NIH maintains a kind of "Amish Stud" book to try and cut down on genetic defects caused by generations of inbreeding amongst the plain folk. What they do (I think) is mix'em and match'em from widely scattered Amish communities in the US, Canada, Australia, Etc.

I sincerely hope these Guatemalans rise to the occasion, and are up to this crucial, federally mandated task. I also hope that their illegal entry into the US was cleared with MECHA, which is in charge of this sort of thing. I would not want the illegal Guatemalans to discomfit in any way the illegal Mexicans, who as you know, are the Chosen People of Karl Rove.

It's not only Rove but everyone in government it seems. Laws are just for Americans, everyone else is exempt.
