Sorry to be so short on facts, but a new book ("Blood Money") charges LBJ with ordering the JFK hit.
The author is the former business partner of the man he accuses of setting it up (??? Clark), and claims there is no doubt in his mind as to the truth of the allegation.
Apparently LBJ was about to be indicted on another murder charge, and saw his ascendency to POTUS as his way out.

Johnson did it, via the Cuban mafia, at the behest of the military industrial complex, in league with the ghost of Marilyn Monroe who sought revenge because JFK wanted out of Vietnam, which pissed off Sam Giancana..... by a young Bill Clinton who was advised by the Space Alien who killed Elvis after the Soviet Sputnik beamed brain waves into his brain.

I've always believed that JFK was just biting the bullet and it went off. All those other scenerios are pure fiction.

For those of you who don't know, Laz just gave us the unedited DVD version of "JFK," with the additional 20 minutes of "Back . . . and to the left" restored.

It had the funniest rendition of the Costner "Back... and to the left" thing. It went on for minutes. Hilarious.

Is it a Freudian slip to do this? I read the headline as:
"LBJ had JFK killed: New kook"

Thanks - can't believe I missed (forgot?) that.
Did a search on "Johnson" = no hits on this story.

Sounds like another guy just cashing in.
As a K.A. buff myself, I can tell you there are hundreds of books available, and a few more every year.
It's a cottage industry.
Actually Oliver Stone wasn't as far off the mark as many have said, cubans and mafia were involved, how big a part any gov. or military people were involved will probably remain a mystery.

McClellan said Clark was given the Secret Service manual on how to protect the President, in his interview on FOX!
To: Frank_Discussion
Barr McClellan, is preparing for a Sept. 30 release of a 480-page book by Hannover House that offers photographs, copies of letters, insider interviews and details of fingerprints as proof that Edward A. Clark, the powerful head of Johnson's private and business legal team and a former ambassador to Australia, led the plan and cover-up for the 1963 assassination in Dallas.
