Well, I see the usual crowd is here damning marriage. Never mind. My ex-wife and I get along very well. We were married for 14 years. If she needed a liver transplant, and mine was compatible, I'd donate part of it to her. And my current wife of 12 years would be right behind me.

Not every divorce is nasty, and not every ex-wife is out to get all she can.

Kudos to this guy for his generous offer. He saved a life. All you who are ragging on him and his ex are way out of line, in my opinion. I'm sorry your marriages ended badly, but that doesn't mean that this guy didn't do a good thing.

From the photo, it looks like the grandchildren are the biggest winners. Saving your children's mother and your grandchildren's grandmother is getting an awful lot back, isn't it?
