I'm cubicle bound. What excuse did he use for blowing through a stop sign at 70mph? He wasn't violating the speed limit by 20mph. He was blowing through stop signs without slowing down. Different matter altogether.
Notice the crossing road. Randy Scott did not have a stop sign.
