if this weren't Debkrap, I would be pretty excited about it.

Debka seems to think that the tribal money is coming from the Saudis..

I have only myself to blame for clicking on this thread,
as you did properly label it as another Debkaism.

Usually there is a 2-3 day lag time between Debka and the rest of the media (i.e. Gertz and the Washington Times) so we will see..

I think it's going to take some time before people see the big picture and put all the players together. W knows.

I really don't understand why folks on here knock Debka so badly...they
reported that Saddam's WMD were in Syria way before any others reported it and now
other sources are backing it up, including US officials. A quote from one of the links:
U.S. intelligence first identified a stream of tractor-trailer trucks moving from Iraq to Syria to Lebanon in January 2003. The significance of this sighting did not register on the CIA at the time.
The CIA never ceases to amaze me...

I don't see any map.

My son is in Mosul and we haven't heard from him in a few days. Not too long ago, he was with a group from Delta Force who set up an ambush on a bus load of Syrian Fedayeen. Something's going on but we just don't hear much. Son usually gives Mom & Dad the PG version of what he's upto.

Thanks and I am both proud and terrified at times, depending on the news. I'll pass on your good wishes next time he and I get a chance to chat.
