My speculation goes like this, and feel free to add what you know or tell me where I'm wrong. Again this is my speculation and opinion:

1) Michael and Terri have an abusive relationship.
2) Michael jokes around about Terri's grandma or someone she cares about or someone in the news who is on life support, he is with his brother perhaps, don't know but I heard this somewhere. They are laughing, joking around about it but Terri doesn't think it's funny, etc. It shows the peoples true natures and the nature of Terri that she is a caring person, etc. Michael is going to make sure he puts her in this condition.
3) Terri's brother asks Terri out on the town as he is going out with friends and would like Terri to come along. Terri says she is staying home because her and Michael are fighting.
4) Either through premeditation or not Michael and Terri get into a physical altercation. He subsequently strangles her ("thump in the night") and leaves her on her face on the floor. But anyways Michael does not give CPR he call's Terri's dad and buys time for Terri's condition to not get better instead of calling the paramedics first. Terri's dad tells him to call 911. Michael calls 911 and when the paramedics arrive Terri is still on her face. Bobby arrives as the paramedics get there?
5) Michael hatches plan with a lawyer friend from his work and gets Terri's parents to hand over guardianship rights of Terri.
6) Michael acts like he loves Terri and gives the appearance of trying to help her (even moves in with her parents) all the while planning on making a malpractice lawsuit in which he is going to get lots of money. And then he will try to have Terri die as soon as possible. Perhaps he is seeing someone on the side and doesn't care about Terri.
7) Michael wins the malpractice lawsuit with the stipulation of Terri's rehabilitation. Michael gives appearance of rehabilitation but really secludes Terri away at nursing homes, hospices and prevents rehabilitation.
8) During this time 7) he somehow meets up with Felos. Somehow they know Greer or Felos knows Greer when he was a states attorney, etc. and Greer was a commisioner. They get a no jury trial. Michael suddenly "remembers" that Terri woudln't want to live on life support or live "artificially" and gets his brother, etc. to lie about this.
9).. fill in the blanks or rearrange or add... Michael planned this all along and the affidavits from the caregivers prove this out. They came forward after Jeb wrote his letter. Jeb's letter did help in a way because these people finally came forward. But Greer is already set on killing Terri and has a mandate from the 2nd District Court of Appeals. Apparently Felos uses the law to his own evil ends and succeeded in hoodwinking the 2nd District Court of Appeals. The way the courts are set up 2nd District Court of Appeals doesn't get to consider the new evidence and either does the Florida Supreme Court who will not listen to the case anymore, even if they are the Supreme Court apparently they are just not very intelligent or caring humans. Greer gets to follow "the mandate" so he can be absolved of any crime.
10) Greer is somehow involved in this whole conspiracy, is
a corrupt judge obviously and is somehow getting kickbacks or is just a complete redneck IMO. Anyways the start of Death Sentence has been set to Oct. 15th and a Federal just doesn't know if he has jurisdiction! Really!

even if they are the Supreme Court apparently they are just not very intelligent or caring humans.

I suppose that also applies, then, to all of the courts above who have also ruled to allow people to be killed?

If I post the court rulings on cases like this since 1988, will those courts also be composed of people who are not very intelligent or uncaring, in your opinion?

I think it is a bit more complex than your summary.

Beginning as far back as the 1960's, the right to kill movement made the moves to advance, in the court system, their agenda of euthanasia.

Terri's case is one more plum to add to their pudding if they win.

Do you remember the post on the other thread where a euthanasia case was brought to court by a doctor and two patients? And the patients and doctor had not even known each other prior to the court case? Because they were recruited by the right-to-kill movement in order to challenge the court system.

These are very deliberate and well-planned events, all purposely set up to advance legislation in their favor and bring euthanasia to this country.

I left out about how Felos etc. made the courts believe Terri was "PVS" when she wasn't and I also forgot to mention about Terri's compression fractures that she probably got from Michaels little visits to her, etc.
Anywayz this is pure speculation and just my opinion.

Yes, all you wrote makes perfect sense. The poor Schindlers have been "used" by everyone. No one can figure out how to help them. Even their lawyers don't know what to do. And Jeb fiddles in Tallahassee while a disable person is to be murdered on his watch.

I also am again thinking that Greer is Democrat. Why? If he was on the "yes/no" ballot in 2002, he would have been appointed in 1996 or earlier, when the late Lawton Chiles was governor. Jeb did not become governor until 1999. That would explain Greer's outburst at Jeb when Jeb wrote the letter.
