Mister 'No Spin' was woofully illinformed regarding the true nature of persistent vegetative state. Because of his poor background prep, when the death-cultist lawyer, Felos, made false assertions reagrdignf Terri being ina PVS, O'Reilly was like a deer in the headlights. He's an arrogant ass who has gone beyond his element and his staff is poor at prepping him in life issue cases.
