The way the order read to me (I am not an attorney) is that he challenged Crist to get involved, or not.

By issuing the order, he agreed to be involved.
I do not like the dates he set, but the opposing side is allowed a certain amount of time to respond.

By his issuance of this order, I do not believe that we have an execution date certain at this time. I may be wrong.

At any rate, Greer's career is history, THANK GOD!!!!!!!

I do not know why they did not include Felos in this filing, but it can always be amended again.

WFLA 970 BREAKING: Backing up your post re: FLA AG CHARLIE CRIST. It's now on the radio that Crist and his team ARE CLOSELY MONITORING ALL THE COURT CASES but haven't ruled out stepping in.

I knew our GOP leaders wouldn't let us down but PARTY doesn't matter. They should do this because IT'S THEIR JOB!!! Keep praying.
