Yes, but Tom is still a distant third. Wasn't he the one telling us he was going to overtake Arnold by now and go on to win this?

And if the latest results are accurate, then McClinton hasnt increased his share since Ueberroth left the race when he also had 14%. Is that your idea of surging? He still only has about 25% of the Republican vote. When is he going to start campaigning. The vote could be held in a couple weeks.

He only picked up 5 percentage points out of both Ub's and Simon's supporters.
