I wonder if it's because no one cares exactly what the sequence of events was? Could it be that most of us are satisfied that the Secret Service job was to protect the President and did just that? Could it be that most of us were quite satisfied with the sequence of actions taken by the President and his Administration on 9/11 and the following days and months?
On the other hand some of us are wondering why these writers weren't concerned with the giveaway of our military secrets to the Chinese for Democrat campaign contributions? Perhaps that will be his next article...
I think you're half right. The other half is that the questions have ALREADY been asked and answered, multiple times, but Alterman and the Bush-Haters aren't satisfied with the answers and are thus attempting revisionist history.
Of course, they're failing at the attempt.
