Montgomery County is Maryland's Berkely. But it is large enough to play a big part in Md. politics.

Obviously. It's the largest county in the state. We'll see just how big a part it plays though in 2006, as Baltimore's mayor and Montgomery's County Executive are both driving for the Dem. nod to challenge Ehrlich. It will determine which has the most clout- the Washington suburbs or Baltimore and its suburbs.
