Call the local newspaper and television news. Also call the local police and ask them if any laws are being broken (many places have laws against corrupting the morals of minors). I'm sure that someone in your community will care if you bother to make enough noise. Expect to take heat from the perverts if you do, though. They are after the children and want to corrupt them.

Better yet, take a picture of the kids (back of their heads only) in front of the porno images, then photograph the helpful librarian, and send them to the local news outlets. Maybe, create some posters at Kinko's, and post them all over the front of the library.
