Arnold IS a Republican; he isn't " masquerading " as one at all. That fly up your nose, is that Arnold isn't a pure enough Conservative for ya. Wake up ... not ALL GOPers are Conservatives and some, who claim to be, aren't either.

Tom isn't all that Conservative, nor is he in this to " save " California. He's in this, for Tom; feels that it's his due. Well, it isn't his " due " and all of that money from Indians and cuddling up to Cruz, AND his Burton phone call, prove that he isn't ready nor adept enough to be governor.

Some, if not all those who are claiming to be McC supporters, actually WANT Bustamante to win.

Here is a prime example.

Common Tator: "The only chance Republicans have is for Bustamante to win"

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/985448/posts?page=75#75

And when I posted this quote at the daily McC thread and just politely asked, because I wanted to know, whether most McC supporters agreed with this, it was met with deafening silence.

Apparently being a high principled conservative these days means that you have to support leftist Democrats in important elections.

And some Republicans - as I believe many here on FR - ARE conservative. My point is that, WHETHER OR NOT McCLINTOCK IS IN IT FOR HIMSELF, perhaps the blame for "dividing the GOP" can be as easily placed on the liberal Republican as the conservative. Arnold is taking votes from McClintock just as the reverse is true.
