The thing they keep bringing up is ideology, which is not, in any way, relevant to the issue on this thread. They refuse to address the issue. Heck, they could even say something along the lines of "I disagree with what McClintock has done here but I still think he is the best candidate" or something along those lines...at least they would be acknowledging the issue. Instead, they try to change the subject...over, and over, and over again. I really don't get it. It is possible, you know, to disagree about something and still directly address the issue. But they do not...why? I feel like I am having a discussion with liberals--they are using the same tactics of diversion and then accusing us of what they themselves are doing. It's pathetic, and genuinely disappointing. I expect a higher level of discussion and debate here than this.

They are grasping at straws to try to tear down McClintock - I guess because they've run out of ways to tout their own candidate. Every REAL conservative knows that McClintock is the only one we can vote for in good conscience. www.helptom.com

Totally agree. And they put on us what they in fact do. To them, McCultock can do no wrong. But they accuse us of shilling, selling out, being hypnotized. Yet if they ever just ASKED us whether we agree with AS on everything which I guess beyond their grasp, because it (A) involves treating us as co-sentients, and (B) sounds too much like real dialogue they would quickly be within a handshake of the truth.
