I used to live three blocks south of the mighty Mississippi as a kid.
It goes west to east thru northern Minnesota.

"but nothing about streets and addresses." 48K for the cab and 2K for a GPS, then technology will help make the cab more profitable, show the cops where you are in case of crime and shorten the trips for a dispatcher. The language part is not so easy.
