I use PithHelmet, which is specifically for the Mac OS Safari browser. But if you're using Windows, there are dozens of different choices (though I don't have any experience with them and can't recommend a specific one). Go here and run searches on the words "filter" or "block". That'll pull up Windows ad-blockers.
