This continues to miss the point.
It's Arnold Schwarzenegger's own positions that have many voters resisitant to viting for him, preferring McClintock instead.
You don't think Schwarzenegger, or his strategists, would like McClintock's support, and the votes of his supporters?
If Bustamante and Schwarzenegger are neck and neck, then to be King Arnold, Arnold needs to deal.
