While hubby's attorney is stating that Terri has no consciousness, they are showing footage of Terri acting like a human being, smiling, laughing, looking around... UNBELIEVABLE! I hope Factor viewers noted that.
Big civil rights implications in this case. "Terri has been sentenced to die."
O' Reilly, "Thank you both for coming on."

In my disgust, I wrote and sent the followuing e-mail to Bill ... I have been sending data to him on Terri's court battle, but I failed to send the medical definition of PVS. But he does have a staff, doesn't he?
Bill, your program is touted as a 'No Spin Zone'. Next time you do a segment like the Schiavo one, try to learn enough background so that when a lawyer seeking to euthanize a disabled person spins to you a yarn, you'll know it and stop it cold. Felos mischaracterized Terri's condition as non-cognizant of her surroundings. He was lying to you and the American people and you enabled that deceit. Terri is much more alert than a true PVS. Someone on your staff should have let you know the true defintion of Persistent Vegetative State, before you did the segment and Felos lied to you on screen.

His attorney also referred to Terri as a houseplant at the trial last October. What a sad excuse for a human being that man is. sorry.

Thanks for bumping this thread... looks like many other FReepers found it in time for O'Reilly's 11pm (ET) rerun. :-)
