Hispanics Largest Growing Population In Idaho

By Associated Press

BOISE -

Idaho's Hispanic population grew three times faster than the state as a whole in the first two years after the last census.

Leaders of the state's largest minority say that puts more pressure on public schools.

According to new estimates from the Census Bureau, the state grew at three-point-two percent overall from mid-2000 to mid-2002, with the Hispanic population jumping ten-point-six percent. Only 13 other states saw higher percentage growth in their Hispanic groups.

Gladys Esquibel, who heads the state Commission on Hispanic Affairs, says schools must change to address the needs of Hispanic students. The latest results from the state standards achievement tests show that more than half of Hispanic high school sophomores failed.

Why is it that nearly every article written about Hispanics boils down to a call for political power? I think the libs are about to get a lesson in reality when Hispanics actually get large scale amounts of power.

Bingo, that's exactly what is going to happen. They have nothing but contempt for these liberal white idiots. Some of the Hispanic groups have made that quite clear.

Reality is going to hit them right in the face like a speeding Cadillac.

Since the high schools in suburban and rural areas are now enjoying a high influx of illegal migration, I overhear the students--their politically incorrect opinion is that the Hispanic students have absolutely no interest in school, dropout quickly. The girls are very passive, lethargic and silent, and don't care either. Only the sight of a cute baby seems to get any animation.

So, they'll drop out and be laborers, which the GOP and other elites think is a great idea. Rich Repubs don't like to mow their own grass.

However, from years of living in Texas, I can vouch that the next generation has different attitudes. A few will catch on to education, which is a good thing. But MANY will simply be angry and resentful and blaming...and they'll be Democrats, blaming their former rich Repub masters...

Big trouble waiting down the road. Even Ray Charles can this.

That seems to be a trend. In my little hometown that has become the bedroom for the yuppies cheap labor that trend is very evident. In grade school the class pictures look like "diversity" propaganda, but the high school grad pictures look like an Aryan conspiracy has transpired.

Sooo...

On the one hand, we got middle-class jobs vanishing down the memory hole every day. On the other hand, we are being inundated with unskilled, uneducated, often-belligerent immigrants intent on getting what they can out of our beloved Aunt Samantha. On the first of several extra hands, we got a Federal Reserve that seems intent on covering the land in as many FRNs as are necessary to keep the illusion of prosperity alive. Other extra hands are equally disturbing.

Looks like we're headed for a USA with no middle class, a USA where whites will be persecuted for being born, a USA where our jobs will be to welcome each other to Wal-mart and Burger King. Or to be a bureaucrat enforcing what will have to be endlessly ballooning government, growing as it must to maintain order in the insane stew of poverty and ethnic tensions.

Man, it's gonna be interesting times. Shore am glad we got Dubya at the helm to make it allllright.

In another 5 years, she'll have the numbers to run for governor and win.....

Heaven help us. You know Bush won't.

Perhaps if we all begin adding a letter to every company with whom we have accounts that we want all employees versed in English, that we want all transactions conducted in English or we will no longer do business with their stores, it might begin making a difference

Or you could call their customer support line, which will likely have been offshored to India.

I guess things could be worse. A President Wesley Clark would have hands on experience (blood on his hands) in using the US military to facilitate the alien invasion of a sovereign nation.

(Gee, I hope I won't someday serve time in a re-education camp for writing that)

The wetbacks can change to meet the opportunities provided by the school system. In other words, learn English and succeed.

So, they'll drop out and be laborers

That's the irony --- they won't be laborers. They'll be living on food stamps --- many of the girls have several babies before leaving high school ---- they've caught on to the welfare thing very quickly. The boys get involved in crime, when they get too bored they do drive-by shootings. The jail here is packed full of these hispanic drop-outs but you won't see them out working in the fields ever. Something happens to them that they think they're too good for hard work ---- so they have to keep bringing in new illegals from Mexico to work --- their US born kids won't.

Yes ---- that's exactly what the high school teachers say, the girls have very little interest in school and are desperate to have a boyfriend and a baby which they usually do. People coming from other places who had a stereotype of Catholics are amazed at how high the unwed mother rate is here with the so-called Catholics from Mexico ---- it's not at all unusual to see a 20 year old girl with 3 kids from different boys, at the school here, there are high school girls dropping off their pre-K children. The school does every desperate thing it can just to keep them showing up --- and there is a day care center right at the high school. We'll be really feeling the effects of this culture in the next generation.

A few do work hard and make it --- but that's becoming more rare --- it was more common a generation ago.

I don't know if you read Spanish --- but here is an article from the Mexican newspaper ---

Tiene Juárez alto índice de madres adolescentes: 21.1% en menores de 20 años

It seems to be a cultural thing they bring with them --- In Juarez 21% of the teenage girls are giving birth. In many of the hospitals 30% or more of the births are to teen mothers. It's not in this article --- but one of the main reasons is these girls become sexually active around age 12 or 13 and their boyfriends don't like condoms so the girls won't consider using condoms. They are taught never to contradict their boyfriends, girls are raised to be very submissive in that culture.
