When today's society legalizes an activity, it's interpreted as legitimate.

So huffing is interpreted as legitimate? I disagree. It's my understanding that even users of illegal drugs regard huffers as pathetic morons.

Pathetic morons? I agree. And we can extend that description to marijuana users.

"Over one million youngsters aged 12-17 used inhalants in the past year." Now, if you were to admonish them for their activity, my bet is they would respond, "But I'm not doing anything illegal!"

That's my point. Don't be so thick-headed.
