I am fairly certain the "executive orders" only have jurisdiction on federal property.
Unfortunately, a lot of corporations, trying to volly for federal money, abide by those executive orders on their private property, as well as state governments.

It will likely depend on "how badly George W. [Bush] does in the polls." He meant to say how badly they can make George W Bush's polls. They have been attacking him daily for weeks now to get his polls down so Hillary can run. I have never doubted she is behind this horrific nonstop trashing of the President for this very reason.
