Judge Greer MAY be a Howard Dean supporter. That info has been given to the office of Fla's AG. Howard Dean is the only proclaimed pro-euthanasia prez candidate. That would explain why Greer snubbed Jeb, complained to a legistor and also to the County Sheriff about Jeb asking him to assign a guardian ad litem.
Howard Dean was recently in Pinellas, that is, before Judge Greer snubbed Jeb Bush.
It there's even a sliver of a chance that Greer is a Dean supporter, he should be off the file.
The last Motion to Disqualify Judge Greer, HE HEARD THE MOTION HIMSELF! How absurd. I can't believe they didn't take their Motion to a General Master. That's like asking Gray Davis if he wants to be recalled or stay in office.

This is just a guess but maybe Felos did a Motion to Strike Ferraras (sp) Motion and so the Catholics' Motion has been stricken from the record and removed from Terri's web site in accordance with J. Lazzara's order.

aybe Felos did a Motion to Strike Ferraras (sp) Motion and so the Catholics' Motion has been stricken from the record and removed from Terri's web site in accordance with J. Lazzara's order. A motion to strike isn't the same as a gag order. Just because something is stricken from the court's record doesn't mean it can't be reported/broadcast.

Yeah, there's all kinds of Motions & I have no idea what J. Lazzara is up to other than waiting for an Amended Motion from Terri's attorneys. I was just speculating about a Motion to Strike. (I threw away all my form files when I left that field. If it's related to me, you better believe I do legal research on the internet before I get involved in consumer fraud, etc.)
Anyway, Terri's web site removed the Motion to J. Lazzara by the Catholics from her site. Drobot was looking for possible reasons why.

Gotcha. I was just brainstorming along.

I don't think anyone expected otherwise from Greer...

Yeah, I do some of my best and worst brainstorming at FR. I found out today that the Panhandle media has convinced residents up there that Terri is in a coma and hooked up to machines. What's happened to responsible journalism?
