My daughter lives in New Bern, NC anyone have a report from that area.

They all left........LOL.....honestly, I heard New Bern was locked up last night!

New Bern is on the west side of the eye, so it won't be so bad, relatively speaking.

Lots of wind and water.

My daughter lives in Aurora... up 306 from Arapahoe... I just got off the phone with her. No power since 5:30 am, serious flooding for the Neuse and tributaries, as well as Bay River.

She also said that there was an unconfirmed... but spotted... radio listener call-in report of a tornado touching down between Chocowinity and Aurora on rt. 33.

She keeps me regularly posted as long as she has a phone.

Oh... and 306 is blocked from her house to 33 by downed trees.
