Kids are fine .. I put them in my room for the night just incase the tree out back decides to take down the back side of the house.

I've been through several hurricanes in South Louisiana and know the tension and worry.

For several we had to go to shelters because my Mother was in Civil Service, and as a nurse, was required to set them up and run them.

All in all, I had rather be at home on a pallet in the hall, than at a shelter.
