LOL...the bureaucrats never miss a beat when it comes to taking time off and figuring out how not to get their job done.Oh come on. I'm employed by North Carolina (the state getting creamed first), and if I want tomorrow off, I have to use a vacation day. (if anyone has heard differently please let me know)
