Care for a piece of pie :-) Another memory of mine...the only time I ever had Key Lime Pie was when I was in Florida. Grew up enjoying the Lemon Meringue Pie my Nana made. The best Lemon Meringue Pie :-)

I liked key lime pie better than lemon meringue.

Just watched Fox News Channel with Geraldo broadcasting from Morehead City, North Carolina on Isabel, expected to come ashore tomorrow near there.

If you go back to my Reply 233, Emerald Isle is on an island strip, about 25 miles west southwest from that location.

There is a heavy retired Marine Corps presence there, by the way, so close to Jacksonville, NC, and the Marine Base; plus being a family vacation type beach rather than the college crowd destination.
