If the man's name is disclosed, the woman's should be also. If the name of the accuser is withheld, the name of the defendant should be withheld also. This is a no-brainer. The name of the accuser is known by who is supposed to know it - the accused. There is no legal or constitutional provision that says me, you or a dog named Blue should know.

Fine. But I repeat: If the identity of the accuser is withheld, the identity of the accused should be also. If the identity of the accused is disclosed, the identity of the accuser should be also. It's that simple.
